本发明属于农用杀虫剂领域,涉及一类含全氟烷基取代基的喹啉类化合物。
背景技术
:由于现有的农药品种的长期的使用,导致了病害对现有农药品种产生了抗性,因此要求不断发现具有新的不同作用机理的新农药品种。另外随着氟化学技术的提高,越来越多的全氟烷基基团被引入到有机化合物中,有效利用氟原子独特的物理性质和化学性质如伪拟效应、阻断效应、高电负和脂溶性等,使新的引入全氟烷基基团的有机化合物具有特独的性能,进而开发新的农药品种。中国专利CN1193328B公开了具有杀虫活性的喹啉类化合物,其中化合物KC-1进行了产业化开发该化合物具有较好的防治作物害虫作用,通用名为Flometoquin。中国专利CN1169794C和CN1193017C、PCT专利申请WO2003075662报道了喹啉类化合物在农用病虫害防治上的应用。现有技术中未公开6位为全氟烷基取代的喹啉类化合物。技术实现要素:本发明的目的在于提供一类能够用于农用杀虫的结构新颖的含全氟烷基取代基的喹啉类化合物,具有如下通式A-1:其中:R2、R3、R5、R6独立地选自氢、卤素、C1-C20烷基、C1-C20烷氧基、C1-C20烷硫基、C1-C20烷亚砜基、C1-C20烷砜基、氰基、氨基、C1-C20烷基取代氨基、芳基、C1-C20卤代烷氧基、C1-C20卤代烷硫基、C2-C20烯基、C2-C20烯氧基、C2-C20烯硫基C1-C20卤代烷基或苄芳基;X选自氧、氮或硫;i选自2~6的整数;R4选自氢、C1-C20烷基、C2-C20烯基、C1-C20卤代烷基、C2-C20卤代烯基、C1-C20烷氧基、C2-C20烷氧烯基、芳基、苄基、C1-C20烷基羰基、芳羰基、杂芳羰基、C1-C20烷基硫代羰基、芳硫代羰基、杂芳硫代羰基、C1-C20卤代烷羰基、C1-C20烷氧基烷羰基、C1-C20烷硫基烷羰基、C1-C20烷氧羰基、芳氧羰基、苄氧羰基、C1-C20卤代烷氧羰基、C2-C20烯氧羰基、C2-C20炔氧羰基、C2-C20卤代烯氧羰基、C1-C20烷氧硫代羰基、芳氧硫代羰基、苄氧硫代羰基、C1-C20卤代烷氧硫代羰基、C2-C20烯氧硫代羰基、C2-C20炔氧硫代羰基、C2-C20卤代烯硫羰基、C1-C20烷硫羰基、芳硫羰基、苄硫羰基、C1-C20卤代烷硫羰基、C2-C20烯硫羰基、C2-C20炔硫羰基、C2-C20卤代烯硫羰基、C1-C20烷氨羰基、芳氨羰基、苄氨羰基、C1-C20卤代烷氨羰基、C2-C20烯氨羰基、C2-C20炔氨羰基、C2-C20卤代烯氨羰基、C1-C20烷氨硫代羰基、芳氨硫代羰基、苄氨硫代羰基、C1-C20卤代烷氨硫代羰基、C2-C20烯氨硫代羰基、C2-C20炔氨硫代羰基、C1-C20烷基亚砜基、芳基亚砜基、C1-C20卤代烷基亚砜基、C1-C20烷基砜基、C1-C20卤代烷基砜基、芳基砜基、下述通式A-1-a所示基团或下述通式A-1-b所示基团:其中通式A-1-a和A-1-b中:Y、M独立地选自氧、氮或硫;U选自碳或氮;n独立地选自0~4的整数,m选自0~5的整数,t选自0~4的整数;R、L独立地选自氢、卤素、C1-C20烷基、C1-C20烷氧基、C1-C20烷硫基、C1-C20烷亚砜基、C1-C20烷砜基、氰基、氨基、C1-C20烷基取代氨基、芳基、C1-C20卤代烷氧基、C1-C20卤代烷硫基、C2-C20烯基、C2-C20烯氧基、C1-C20卤代烷基或C2-C20烯硫基。本发明提供的通式A-1所示的含全氟烷基取代基的喹啉类化合物结构式中,取代基R2、R3、R5和R6,优选的是,R2、R3、R5、R6独立地选自氢、卤素、C1-C10烷基、C1-C10烷氧基、C1-C10烷硫基、C1-C10烷亚砜基、C1-C10烷砜基、氰基、氨基、C1-C10烷基取代氨基、芳基、C1-C10卤代烷氧基、C1-C10卤代烷硫基、C2-C10烯基、C2-C10烯氧基、C2-C10烯硫基C1-C10卤代烷基或苄芳基;进一步优选的是,R2、R3、R5、R6独立地选自氢、卤素、C1-C6烷基、C1-C6烷氧基、C1-C6烷硫基、C1-C6烷亚砜基、C1-C6烷砜基、氰基、氨基、C1-C6烷基取代氨基、芳基、C1-C6卤代烷氧基、C1-C6卤代烷硫基、C2-C6烯基、C2-C6烯氧基、C2-C6烯硫基、C1-C6卤代烷基或苄芳基;更进一步优选的是,R2、R3独立地选自氢、氯、氟、溴、碘、C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷硫基、C1-C4烷亚砜基、C1-C4烷砜基、氰基、氨基、C1-C4烷基取代氨基、芳基、C1-C4卤代烷氧基、C1-C4卤代烷硫基、C1-C4烯基、C1-C4烯氧基、C1-C4烯硫基或苄芳基,R5选自氢、氟、氯、溴、碘、C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷氧基、C1-C4卤代烷基或C1-C4卤代烷氧基,R6选自氢、氟、氯、溴、C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷氧基、C1-C4卤代烷基、C1-C4卤代烷氧基、芳基、苄芳基或芳基乙基。本发明提供的通式A-1所示的含全氟烷基取代基的喹啉类化合物结构式中,X选自氧、氮或硫,优选的是,X选自氧或硫。本发明提供的通式A-1所示的含全氟烷基取代基的喹啉类化合物结构式中,取代基F2i+1Ci-中,i选自2~6的整数;优选的是,i选自2~5的整数。本发明提供的通式A-1所示的含全氟烷基取代基的喹啉类化合物结构式中,所述取代基R4:优选的是,R4选自氢、C1-C10烷基、C2-C10烯基、C1-C10卤代烷基、C2-C10卤代烯基、C1-C10烷氧基、C2-C10烷氧烯基、芳基、苄基、C1-C10烷基羰基、芳羰基、杂芳羰基、C1-C10烷基硫代羰基、芳硫代羰基、杂芳硫代羰基、C1-C10卤代烷羰基、C1-C10烷氧基烷羰基、C1-C10烷硫基烷羰基、C1-C10烷氧羰基、芳氧羰基、苄氧羰基、C1-C10卤代烷氧羰基、C2-C10烯氧羰基、C2-C10炔氧羰基、C2-C10卤代烯氧羰基、C1-C10烷氧硫代羰基、芳氧硫代羰基、 配制成农用化学杀虫剂时,所述农用化学杀虫剂优选含有1~99%质量百分含量的喹啉类化合物。当配制农用化学杀虫剂时,所述农用化学杀虫剂可以被配制成各种液剂、乳油、悬浮剂、水悬剂、微乳剂、乳剂、水乳剂、粉剂、可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、颗粒剂、水分散型颗粒剂或胶囊剂。所述农用化学杀虫剂包括本发明所述喹啉类化合物和载体。载体至少包括两种,其中至少一种是表面活性剂。载体可以是固体或液体。合适的固体载体包括天然的或合成的粘土和硅酸盐,例如天然硅石和硅藻土;硅酸镁例如滑石;硅酸铝镁例如高岭石、高岭土、蒙脱土和云母;白碳黑、碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙;硫酸钙;石灰石;硫酸钠;胺盐如硫酸铵、六甲撑二胺。液体载体包括水和有机溶剂,当用水做溶剂或稀释剂时,有机溶剂也能用做辅助剂或防冻添加剂。合适的有机溶剂包括芳烃例如苯、二甲苯、甲苯等;氯代烃,例如氯代苯、氯乙烯、三氯甲烷、二氯甲烷等;脂肪烃,例如石油馏分、环己烷、轻质矿物油;醇类,例如异丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇、丙三醇和环己醇等;以及它们的醚和酯;还有酮类,例如丙酮、环己酮以及二甲基甲酰胺和N-甲基-吡咯烷酮。表面活性剂可以是乳化剂、分散剂或湿润剂;可以是离子型的或非离子型的。非离子型乳化剂例如聚氧乙烯脂肪酸脂、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪氨,以及市售的乳化剂:农乳2201B、农乳0203B、农乳100#、农乳500#、农乳600#、农乳600-2#、农乳1601、农乳2201、农乳NP-10、农乳NP-15、农乳507#、农乳OX-635、农乳OX-622、农乳OX-653、农乳OX-667、宁乳36#。分散剂包括木质素磺酸钠、拉开粉、木质素磺酸钙、甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物等。湿润剂为:月桂醇硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠等。农用化学杀虫剂可由通用的方法制备。例如,将活性物质与液体溶剂和/或固体载体混合,同时加入表面活性剂如乳化剂、分散剂、稳定剂、湿润剂,还可以加入其它助剂如:粘合剂、消泡剂、氧化剂等。具体实施方式下面的实施例为用来说明本发明的几个具体实施方式,但并不将本发明局限于这些具体实施方式。本领域技术人员应该认识到,本发明涵盖了权利要求书范围内所可能包括的所有备选方案、改进方案和等效方案。(一)、化合物制备实施例1、3-甲基-4-七氟异丙基苯胺合成方法1:将107.1克间甲基苯胺加入到1000ml的三口烧瓶中,加入300ml水和300ml甲基叔丁基醚,加入引发剂保险粉,加入催化量的四丁基硫酸铵和等摩尔量的碳酸钠,反应体系在搅拌下缓慢升温到50℃,然后滴加等摩尔量的2-碘七氟丙烷,大约1h滴加完毕,反应体系用液相色谱仪跟踪,3h反应完毕,体系静置分层。得到有机相先用稀盐酸洗涤,然后用无水硫酸钠干燥,最后蒸去溶剂后得到85%含量中间体3-甲基-4-七氟异丙基苯胺160g,不用提纯用于下一步反应。方法2:将107.1克间甲基苯胺加入到1000ml的耐压反应器中,加入300ml水和300ml甲基叔丁基醚,加入引发剂保险粉,加入催化量的四丁基硫酸铵和等摩尔量的碳酸钠,体系在搅拌下缓慢升温到50℃,然后向耐压反应器中通入等摩尔量的2-溴七氟丙烷,大约2h通毕,反应在保温条件下继续进行,用液相色谱仪跟踪,原料转化完成后,冷却反应体系,使反应压力降至常压,分离有机相。得到的有机相经水洗、稀盐酸洗,干燥,蒸去有机溶剂后的得到含量75%中间体3-甲基-4-七氟异丙基苯胺152g,不用提纯用于下一步反应。实施例2中间体2-氯-3-甲基-4-七氟异丙基苯胺合成(1)2-氯-3-甲基-硝基苯合成将0.2mol2-氨基-3-甲基硝基苯溶于200ml乙腈中,加入0.3mol无水氯化铜,搅拌,在10℃下滴加0.3mol正丁醇亚硝酸酯,大约3小时滴加完毕,体系升温到30℃,反应至体系没有氮气放出,然后减压蒸出乙腈,将残留物倒入水中,用乙酸乙酯萃取,干燥,蒸出溶剂,得2-氯-3-甲基-硝基苯粗品22.1g,不用提纯直接用于下一步反应。(2)2-氯-3-甲基-苯胺合成将2-氯-3-甲基-硝基苯粗品加入到500ml90%乙醇中,加入1mol铁粉,加入催化量的氯化铵饱和溶液,体系加热回5小时,用装有硅胶的漏斗过滤,减压蒸去乙醇,水相用乙酸乙酯萃取,无水硫酸钠干燥,蒸溶剂,柱层析提纯,得到2-氯-3-甲基-苯胺18.5,不用提纯直接用于下一步反应。(3)2-氯-3-甲基-4-七氟异丙基苯胺合成将30克2-氯-3-甲基-苯胺加入到500ml的三口烧瓶中,加入100ml水和100ml甲基叔丁基醚,加入引发剂保险粉,加入催化量的四丁基硫酸铵和等摩尔量的碳酸钠,体系在搅拌下缓慢升温到50℃,然后滴加等摩尔2-碘七氟丙烷,大约1h滴加完毕,反应体系用液相色谱仪跟踪,3h反应完毕,体系静置分层。得到的有机相先用稀盐酸洗涤,然后用无水硫酸钠 干燥,再蒸去溶剂后得到含量为75%中间体2-氯-3-甲基-4-七氟异丙基苯胺,用柱层析提纯得产物31克。实施例32,3,7-三甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-羟基喹啉合成将2-甲基乙酰乙酸乙酯144.1克和等摩尔的3-甲基-4-七氟异丙基苯胺加入到2000ml三口烧瓶中,加入1.5倍量的多聚磷酸到体系中,搅拌下反应体系缓慢加热至100℃,体系反应1h,然后最升温到170℃,反应体系继续反应3h,然后使体系冷却至80℃,然后慢慢倒入冷水中,过滤,水洗,烘干得到白色固体120克。经测试,白色固体为2,3,7-三甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-羟基喹啉和2,3,5-三甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-羟基喹啉混和物,用柱层析得70克2,3,7-三甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-羟基喹啉和30克2,3,5-三甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-羟基喹啉。实施例43,7-二甲基-2-乙基-8-氯-6-七氟异丙基-4-羟基喹啉将2-甲基丙酰乙酸乙酯20克和等摩尔的2-氯-3-甲基-4-七氟异丙基苯胺加入到250ml三口烧瓶中,加入1.5倍量的多聚磷酸加入到体系中,搅拌下反应体系缓慢加热至100℃,体系反应1h,然后最升温到170℃,反应体系继续反应3h,然后使体系冷却至80℃,然后慢慢倒入冷水中,过滤,水洗,烘干得到3,7-二甲基-2-乙基-8-氯-6-七氟异丙基-4-羟基喹啉白色固体21克。实施例53,7,8-三甲基-2-乙基-6-七氟异丙基-4-羟基喹啉将2-甲基丙酰乙酸乙酯30克和等摩尔2,3-的二甲基-4-七氟异丙基苯胺加入到250ml三口烧瓶中,加入1.5倍量的多聚磷酸加入到体系中,搅拌下反应体系缓慢加热至100℃,体系反应1h,然后最升温到170℃,反应体系继续反应3h,然后使体系冷却至80℃,然后慢慢倒入冷水中,过滤,水洗,烘干得到3,7,8-三甲基-2-乙基-6-七氟异丙基-4-羟基喹啉白色固体35克。实施例6碳酸-乙基-2,3,7-三甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-喹啉二酯合成将0.5克2,3,7-三甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-羟基喹啉加入到50ml单口瓶中,加入20ml丙酮,加入等摩尔量的碳酸钾,然后加入等摩尔量的氯甲酸甲酯,加热回流3h,反应完成,过滤,蒸掉丙酮,用板层析分离(展开剂:乙酸乙酯:石油醚=1:4)得碳酸-乙基-2,3,7-三甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-喹啉二酯白色固体0.3g。实施例7碳酸-丙烯基-2-乙基-3,7-二甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-喹啉二酯合成将0.5克2-乙基-3,7-二甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-羟基喹啉加入到50ml单口瓶中,加入20ml丙酮,加入等摩尔量的碳酸钾,然后加入等摩尔量的氯甲酸丙烯醇酯,加热回流3h,反应完成,过滤,蒸掉丙酮,用板层析分离(展开剂:乙酸乙酯:石油醚=1:4)得碳酸-丙烯基-2-乙基-3,7-二甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-喹啉二酯白色固体0.32g。实施例8碳酸-苄基-2,3,7-三甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-喹啉二酯合成将0.5克2,3,7-三甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-羟基喹啉加入到50ml单口瓶中,加入20ml丙酮,加入等摩尔量的碳酸钾,然后加入等摩尔量的氯甲酸苄酯,加热回流3h,反应完成,过滤,蒸掉丙酮,用板层析分离(展开剂:乙酸乙酯:石油醚=1:4)得碳酸-苄基-2,3,7-三甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-喹啉二酯白色固体0.25g。实施例9碳酸-乙基-8-氯-2-乙基-3,7-二甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-喹啉二酯合成将0.5克3,7-二甲基-2-乙基-8-氯-6-七氟异丙基-4-羟基喹啉加入到50ml单口瓶中,加入20ml丙酮,加入等摩尔量的碳酸钾,然后加入等摩尔量的氯甲酸乙酯,加热回流3h,反应完成,过滤,蒸掉丙酮,用板层析分离(展开剂:乙酸乙酯:石油醚=1:4)得碳酸-乙基-8-氯-2-乙基-3,7-二甲基-6-七氟异丙基-4-喹啉二酯白色固体0.27g。(二)制剂配制以下实施例按照质量配比配制。实施例1030%悬浮剂将化合物138及其它组分充分混,由此得到的悬浮剂,用水稀释所得悬浮剂可得到任何所需浓度的稀释液。实施例1130%含水悬浮液将化合物52与应加水量的80%及十二烷基磺酸钠在球磨机中一起粉碎,半纤维和环氧丙烷溶解在其余20%的水中,然后搅拌加入上述组分。实施例1230%乳油将亚磷酸溶解在甲苯中,加入化合物139和乙氧基化甘油三酸酯,得到透明的溶液。实施例1360%可湿粉剂将化合物155、十二烷基萘磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钠及硅澡土混合在一起,在粉碎机中粉碎,直到颗粒达到标准。(三)生物活性测试选择现有技术US5190952公开的化合物作为对照化合物,结构如下:实施例14对粘虫的杀虫活性将适量玉米叶在配好的药液中充分浸润后自然阴干,放入垫有滤纸的培养皿中,接粘虫3龄中期幼虫10头/皿,置于24~27℃观察室内培养,48h后调查结果。以毛笔触动虫体,无反应视为死虫。试验浓度100mg/L。结果显示表3中的化合物1~167在试验浓度100mg/L下表现出100%的死亡率。实施例15对小菜蛾的杀虫活性即将适量白菜叶在配好的药液中充分浸润后自然阴干,放入垫有滤纸的培养皿中,接小菜蛾2龄中期幼虫10头/皿,置于24~27℃观察室内培养,48h后调查结果。以毛笔触动虫体,无反应视为死虫。试验浓度200mg/L。结果显示表3中的化合物1~167在试验浓度200mg/L下表现出100%的死亡率。实施例16对朱砂叶螨的杀螨作用将接有朱砂叶螨蚕豆叶片苗于Potter喷雾塔下喷雾处理,处理后朱砂叶螨置于24~27℃观察室内培养,48h后调查结果。以毛笔触动虫体,无反应视为死虫。试验浓度200mg/L。结果显示表3中的化合物1~167在试验浓度200mg/L下表现出90%以上的死亡率。实施例17对苜蓿蚜的杀虫活性将接有苜蓿蚜的蚕豆叶片苗于Potter喷雾塔下喷雾处理,处理后苜蓿蚜置于20~22℃观察室内培养,48h后调查结果。以毛笔触动虫体,无反应视为死虫。试验浓度200mg/L。结果显示表3中的化合物1~167在试验浓度200mg/L下表现出90%以上的死亡率。实施例18对稻飞虱的杀虫活性将4~6根水稻苗(长约3~4cm,室内培育)用白石英砂固定于Φ7cm的培养皿内,接CO2麻醉的水稻褐飞虱3龄中期若虫若干,置于Potter喷雾塔下定量喷雾处理(压力为5lb/in2,沉降量为4.35mg/cm2),试验设清水为对照,每处理重复4次,喷雾后用透明塑料杯罩住,放于观察室内(25~27℃,14h光照),48h后调查结果。调查时,以毛笔轻触虫体,无反应视为死虫。结果显示表3中的化合物1~167在试验浓度500mg/L下表现出90%以上的死亡率。实施例19对黄蓟马的杀虫活性将黄瓜叶片于药液中浸渍10s,去除多余药液,叶柄用蘸水脱脂棉包裹,每烧杯放1张叶片,阴干后接30~40头蓟马成虫,试验设含最高浓度的有机溶剂的吐温水为空白对照,每 处理4次重复,置于24~26℃,14h光照的观察室内培养,48h后调查结果。以毛笔轻触虫体,无反应视为死虫。结果显示列表3中的化合物1~167在试验浓度200mg/L下表现出90%以上的死亡率。实施例20对茶丽纹象甲杀虫活性取生长良好的茶枝尖端2片嫩叶,在配制好的药液中浸渍约10秒后,自然阴干,移入烧杯(50ml)中,每处理4次重复。每处理接10头象甲成虫,用纱布封好,置于25~27℃室内培养。2d后检查试验结果,以毛笔轻触虫体,无反应视为死虫。结果显示列表3中的化合物1~167在试验浓度200mg/L下表现出90%以上的死亡率。实施例21对象甲杀虫活性取2片青菜嫩叶,在配制好的药液中浸渍约10秒后,,放入培养皿中,自然阴干,每处理4次重复。每处理接10头叶甲。置于25~27℃室内培养。2d后检查试验结果,以毛笔轻触虫体,无反应视为死虫。结果显示列表3中的化合物1~167在试验浓度200mg/L下表现出90%以上的死亡率。对比实施例1:测试对象为小菜蛾将适量白菜叶在配好的药液中充分浸润后自然阴干,放入垫有滤纸的培养皿中,接小菜蛾2龄中期幼虫10头/皿,置于24~27℃观察室内培养,48h后调查结果。以毛笔触动虫体,无反应视为死虫。以下对比实施例按照与对比实施例1相同的方法进行测试,改变测试对象。表5、小菜蛾试验结果对比实施例2:测试对象为朱砂叶螨表6、朱砂叶螨试验结果对比实施例3:测试对象为苜蓿蚜表7、苜蓿蚜测试结果对比实施例4:测试对象为稻飞虱表8、稻飞虱测试结果当前第1页1 2 3
